Below are our guidelines to preparing your kitchen or bathroom ready for worktop installation.

• All units that are to be templated are installed, permanently fixed and level.
• Sinks are on site and under-slung sinks are in their final positions in sub-tops
• Items such as hobs, surface mounted extractor fans, taps, electric sockets etc, must be on site and disconnected from their supply prior to templating.
• Additional supports as required for granite work tops are installed.
• Should you have work surfaces that need to be removed to accommodate new granite work surfaces, then these will need to be “loose fitted” or removed prior to our templators arriving to make new templates. Our quotations do not include removal and disposal of your current work surfaces.
• If there is any plumbing and electrical work to be done, then we need to be advised well in advance. Our quotations do not include any work relating to plumbing and electrics. We can carry out plumbing and electrical work and would be happy to quote for this separately should there be a requirement.
