With natural materials featuring so prominently in contemporary design, marble and granite are enjoying a revival and
have become the material of choice in kitchen and bathroom decorative schemes.

Granite work surfaces in kitchen are favoured for their durability, resilience, and timeless elegance. Moreover, they are hygienic and virtually maintenance-free.

At Montpellier Marble, we offer a complete service supplying kitchen worktops, bathroom vanity tops, flooring and wall cladding in granite, marble and tumbled marble. From the initial consultation through to manufacture and installation we are able to incorporate your individual requirements offering top quality materials and high standards of workmanship.

Marble and granites have defining characteristics depending on their source and origin. Granites such as Baltic Brown, Emerald Pearl, Balmoral Red, Kashmere Gold, and Rosso Porrinho are regarded as being of a more open variety than others and are thus subject to graining and shade variation from one batch to another.

Please be advised that marble and granite are natural materials and variations in colour, veining and texture must be expected and should not be interpreted as defects.

The first stage is to select a colour which will harmonize with your kitchen units, flooring and colour scheme. If you are uncertain you can make a shortlist of 2 or 3 colours. (Please bear in mind that prices do vary depending on granite type). If you have some rough dimensions you can call or email us with this information and we can prepare a quote for you.

Alternatively, you can use our Kitchen Builder facility to create a quick plan of your worksurfaces and obtain a preliminary approximate cost. If you wish to proceed with ordering once you receive our quotation, we can arrange to have templates taken.

A 50% deposit of the total cost of your worksurfaces will be required at this stage. Once we have the templates we can begin manufacturing the worktops. Please note that if the dimensions on our templates differ from the measurements provided by you, the difference will be re-priced and invoiced accordingly.
